Why is passport data required?
For international delivery to Uzbekistan, the law requires the recipient's passport data or PINFL to be provided in order to complete customs clearance.
This data is used solely to arrange delivery and is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We comply with personal data protection requirements and guarantee its confidentiality.
How does delivery via TEZPARCEL work?
We partner with the logistics provider TEZPARCEL, which specializes in delivering goods from Europe to Uzbekistan.
How it works:
- You place an order on Divasti.
- We purchase the items from official European suppliers.
- The order is shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
- TEZPARCEL delivers the parcel to Uzbekistan.
- After customs clearance, the order is handed over to you.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow it.
How long does delivery take?
The average delivery time is up to 30 business days after the order is shipped from Germany.
During holidays or periods of high logistics load, timelines may increase slightly.
Is there a return guarantee?
Due to the nature of international delivery, returns of items of proper quality are not accepted after receipt.
However, your peace of mind matters to us. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, damage that occurred through no fault of the sender or recipient, or an item that does not match your order, please contact us. We will review your request carefully and offer a fair solution.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a TEZPARCEL tracking number that lets you follow the parcel at every stage of delivery — from Germany to receipt in Uzbekistan.
